As the Chief Strategy Officer, he plays a pivotal role in the execution of all strategic plans including but not limited to M&A, Financing, Partnerships and Alliances, Legal. As a Strategy expert, Aman has executed multiple businesses across Retail, Healthcare, Real estate, Market Research, IT & ITES, Technology and mobility.

He has always believed in start-ups and has handled multiple assignments from ideation to profit churning. Specifically he has played a pivotal role in the founding and growth of a health-care service business provider, an advisory Real Estate firm that integrates Real Estate and IT, a leading brand in tablet, smart phone and mobility device production. Aman’s passion lies in driving profitability for the organization. He is adept at multitasking and managing businesses across multiple sectors. Brad heads the FTV-Capital New York office and leads investments in enterprise technology & services and financial services. He has over 20 years of private equity experience. Prior to FTV Capital, Brad was a partner at Oak Hill Capital Management and its predecessors where he managed the business and financial services group. He began his private equity career with Patricof & Company Ventures and started his professional career in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in New York. Brad received a BA magna cum laude from Tufts University.

Shelly has over 25 years of experience in managing global businesses in big data analytics, decision sciences, and BPO industries. He was one of the early employees of Daksh and subsequently enabled its acquisition by IBM. After the merger, he served several global leadership roles with IBM. He left IBM at a Senior Partner level to join Mu Sigma as the global head of sales & client services and a member of Mu Sigma Japan and Germany Board. Shelly also played Interim CEO role at Mu Sigma. He is a member of the Institute of Cost Accounts in India, and has participated in Harvard executive programs focused on long term negotiations.

He has led global businesses and teams in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific and brings with him a strong mix of strategy and operational execution. Most recently, Adnan was CEO at Blue Top Capital, a real estate crowdfunding platform that he co-founded. Prior to Blue Top Capital, he was CEO at Marketwired, a global newswire business, where he led its transformation from a traditional newswire business to a global social communications company, which resulted in a successful merger with Nasdaq.

Krishnan Chatterjee

Krishnan holds the overall responsibility to drive operational excellence at MarketsandMarkets. He plays a vital role in enhancing and expanding the overall customer lifecycle, driving the sales and marketing ecosystem, and delivering a high-impact customer success journey for our revenue impact story.

Krishnan is a multi-disciplinary professional with over 25 years of experience straddling consumer goods (B2C) and technology (B2B) industries in domestic (India) and global markets. He is known for creative breakthroughs in the functions he has led across organizations. Krishnan's last assignment was with SAP India, where he donned the dual hats of Head of Marketing and Chief Customer Officer. He has also worked with HCL and ITC, where he was responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives. Krishnan also enjoys the privilege of being inducted into Paul Writer's CMO Hall of Fame, a platform celebrating senior marketers developing and enhancing India's marketing ecosystem. Krishnan is an Economics graduate from Presidency College, Calcutta and has an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A).

Prior to MarketsandMarkets, Sulakshana was the Executive Vice President and Business Leader at WNS Global Services for the Utilities, Retail & Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Diversified Businesses. As one of the early adopters in the industry to pivot from the traditional outsourcing business model to complex transformational programs for clients to excel and remain industry leaders, Sulakshana was instrumental in transforming WNS from being a largely captive operations for British Airways to one of the largest global business process outsourcing firms. From founding the F&A practice, which was key in helping WNS establish itself as a leading player in the space, to incubating 5 large verticals, which eventually contributed to 80% of businesses revenues.

Sulakshana nurtured and managed strategic relationships with large established and emerging companies and set up global delivery centres across geographies. To enhance People and Capability Development, she led partnerships with industry and education bodies viz CIMA and Top Management Institutes.

Prior to joining MarketsandMarkets, from 2000 till 2010, Harwinder worked in different organizations within the sphere of Healthcare Industry. Harwinder also had entrepreneurial stint in his family owned business "SKF & Associates" for few years. He worked in Mckinsey & Co as healthcare research professional and in marketing and sales functions for Venus Remedies and Eli Lilly.

He was a research associate in 2005 in W.H.O sponsored project titled "Impact of TRIPS on generic drug prices in India" under Dr Parikshit Bansal (Head - Intellectual Property and Technology Cell - NIPER). This report was submitted to Government of India and was used as reference document for framing policy and guidelines on drug prices in India.
